Brushed DC motor include
vacuum cleaner motor rotors, small household appliances rotors, water pump rotors,
automotive condenser fan rotors, blower motor rotors, push rod motor rotors,
electric forklift motor rotors, glass lift motor rotors, automotive oil pump motor rotors,
car window shaker motor rotors, printers Motor rotor, sewing machine motor rotor and other DC motor fields.
Advantages:
1. The armature shaft, iron core, insulation end plate and commutator can be assembled in one fully automatic machine.
2.Manually add raw materials (shafts, core,insulation end plate, commutator) and automatically complete feeding, material distribution, shaft entry, end plate entry, and commutator entry. Automatically unloading the finished armature after pressing
3.The loading armature shaft is pressed in by a servo electric cylinder and equipped with a pressure sensor.
4.The feeding method of the iron core is a flat and inclined rolling type.
5.The feeding method of the shaft is a funnel type.
6.Both ends of the insulation plate adopt the cylinder press-fit method.
7.The feeding method of the insulation end plate is a vibrating plate.
8.The commutator is pressed in by a servo electric cylinder and equipped with a pressure sensor.
9.The feeding method of the commutator; the vibrating plate and the material tower are optional.
10.The positioning method of the commutator is: gas vibration (no jamming)
11.Equipped with a blanking manipulator, which can directly delivery the pressed/assembly armature rotor
into the assembly line or the chain line and the sawtooth line.
12.Working air pressure; 0.5-0.7MPa.
