3.5The equipment should be able to complete the bending shape after the insulation of the stator and rotor coils as follows.

4.Description of equipment features
3.1It is used for automatic bending after the insulation of the copper bar of the motor rotor.
3.2The insulation safety of the coil should be guaranteed during molding, and there should be no oil pollution and mechanical damage.
3.3The parts, components and accessories used are in line with the relevant national production standards and environmental protection requirements, and belong to the well-known brands in the industry.
3.4When bending, considering the rebound of the copper bar (HB≤48), the coil forming geometry is accurate, the end shape is consistent, and there are no quality problems such as climbing and twisting.
3.5 The equipment needs to ensure that the structure is reasonable, the manufacturing technology is advanced, and all transmission and rotation mechanisms must ensure the accuracy of their various actions. Under the same conditions, the size of the same specification and the same batch of raw materials is the same after bending.
3.6 The main engine runs smoothly and the noise should be less than 75 decibels.
3.7There is no obvious hydraulic oil leakage in the equipment.
5.The main structure of the equipment
This equipment is mainly composed of the following three parts: frame part, control system, and curved arc forming mold.
All these components are installed on a single platform, and the entire equipment is automatically operated and controlled by a PLC and a computer.
5.1 Rack section
The frame section is made up of welded profiles to ensure sufficient strength.
5.1.1 Mechanical execution part.
5.1.2 Straight line clamping section.
5.1.3 Straight line outside clamping.
5.1.4 Clamping area of the bending section.
5.2 Control system
5.2.1 The equipment adopts PLC control, and the parameter setting is completed by the dialogue process of the multi-function touch panel (Chinese operation). All parameters can be entered, adjusted, saved, and recalled via the touch screen.
5.2.2 Programs are entered from the touch screen. There are concise, easy-to-understand symbols on the screen and Chinese menus to guide the operator on how to enter data.
5.2.3 In order to solve the rebound problem of the copper bar, the program should set a correction command to compensate for the rebound effect.
5.2.4 The computer is able to display error messages so that the cause can be analyzed and corrected.
5.2.5 The program is password protected, so people with different permissions can open different interfaces.
5.3 Bent arc forming mold
The mold of this equipment needs to be made of high-wear-resistant die steel with special heat treatment, and the curved part of the copper bar is accurately arc formed, and the curvature of the copper bar after forming no longer needs to be manually corrected in the radian shape, and can be directly embedded in the rotor.
Different shapes of copper bars need different molds, if the arc shape of the copper bar is the same, then the copper bars of different sizes can share a pair of molds.
The end curvature forming mold is reasonable, effective, accurate and easy to adjust.
5.4 Safety devices
The slewing part of the machine is equipped with a cover and an emergency stop button.
5.5 The equipment comes with its own hydraulic workstation
6. Process description
Coil forming process: put in the wire rod→ automatically form→ loosen the wire rod→ remove the product → machine reset.
